Superb signed C Jeré abstract modernist tabletop sculpture, dated 2004, with a dramatic architectural silhouette and wonderful sense of movement.
Constructed from sculpted steel, the composition features broad ribbon-like forms that sweep upward into two elongated tapering arcs, while a curved lower element folds dramatically around the base. The resulting open negative space gives the sculpture a light, almost kinetic appearance despite its substantial steel construction.
The metal surface has a rich dark lacquered and patinated finish with subtle variations of bronze, charcoal, smoky gray, and warm iridescent tones that shift beautifully with the surrounding light. These tonal variations emphasize the curves and dimensionality of the sculpture and give it exceptional visual depth.
Mounted on a glossy black square pedestal base, the sculpture has a strong gallery-like presence while remaining perfectly sized for a console, credenza, bookshelf, executive office, or modernist interior.
The base is hand signed C. Jeré 2004.
C Jeré was the collaborative name used by artists Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels, founders of Artisan House. Beginning in the 1960s, their studio became known for expressive metal sculptures and wall art combining modernist abstraction with innovative metalworking techniques. Their work remains highly sought after by collectors and interior designers.
This example is especially striking for its sweeping sculptural form, architectural scale, and dramatic silhouette.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no damage or repairs. The metal retains its original decorative finish and patina. Please review photographs carefully for surface and finish details.

Damages and issues

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
