Exceptional and very rare Danish modernist cuff bracelet designed by Bent Gabrielsen Pedersen for Hans Hansen, model 213E, dating to circa the 1960s–early 1970s.
Crafted in substantial sterling silver, this sculptural open cuff features Hans Hansen’s beautifully restrained Scandinavian modernist aesthetic: a broad, smoothly tapered band terminating in two dramatic asymmetric triangular ends. Each terminal is accented with a crisp black enamel oval, creating a striking graphic contrast against the warm gold surface.
The bracelet bears the full identifying marks Hans Hansen, Denmark, 925S, 213E. Model 213E is a documented Bent Gabrielsen design for the Hans Hansen workshop and is recognized as one of the firm’s rare enamel cuff designs.
The sterling silver has been professionally replated in 24k yellow gold by a local goldsmith, restoring the rich, luminous gilded finish. The black enamel remains fully intact, bright and glossy, with no chips or losses noted. There are no dents or deep scratches, and only very light wear consistent with age.
At 41.8 grams, the cuff has substantial weight and presence on the wrist while retaining the clean, elegant proportions that made Danish modernist jewelry so influential.
A particularly striking collector piece for admirers of Hans Hansen, Bent Gabrielsen, Scandinavian modernism, Danish silver and high-design mid-century jewelry.
Excellent vintage condition. Black enamel is intact. Sterling has recently been professionally replated with 24k yellow gold. Very light surface wear only. Because of the highly polished finish, some lines visible in photographs may be reflections rather than scratches.

Damages and issues

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
