Restored Bronzed Figurative Sculpture of Two Girls Seated Back to Back — Signed/Dated 1994
Beautiful and expressive bronzed ceramic figurative sculpture depicting two young women seated back to back in a relaxed, introspective pose.
This sculptural composition has a wonderfully calm and thoughtful presence. The two figures are arranged in an intimate yet independent posture, each seated with elongated limbs and softly modeled anatomy, their backs resting gently against one another. The pose creates an appealing sense of balance and symmetry while still feeling natural and fluid.
Rendered in an impressionistic figurative style, the sculpture emphasizes mood and form over rigid realism. The faces and bodies are softly defined, giving the piece an artistic, almost painterly quality, while the elongated legs and slightly simplified proportions lend it a modern decorative sensibility.
The sculpture has been fully restored and refinished in its original coppery bronze tone, accented with deeper green-black patina effects to recreate the look of aged bronze. A substantial protective lacquer top coat has been applied, and new felt has been added to the base.

This sculpture is part of my ongoing restoration collection, created to preserve vintage decorative art and return deserving pieces to beautiful display condition. I have restored over 50 sculptures.

Damages and issues

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
