A superb vintage modernist jewelry set by celebrated American designer Ed Levin, beautifully crafted in sterling silver and 14K yellow gold.
The matching pendant and earrings feature a distinctive three-dimensional oval design with a sculptural shadowbox-style construction. Each piece has an open recessed center accented by a raised 14K yellow gold orb set against a warm gold background, creating a striking contrast with the surrounding sterling silver.
The outer surfaces are finished in softly brushed sterling silver with an elegant matte texture, while the polished gold details add warmth and dimension. The combination of geometric simplicity, contrasting metals and sculptural depth is quintessentially Ed Levin — understated, architectural and exceptionally wearable.
The pendant is suspended from its original sterling silver snake chain, measuring approximately 18 inches long. The matching earrings repeat the pendant's oval silver-and-gold motif, making this a beautifully cohesive and increasingly difficult-to-find vintage set.
Both the necklace and earrings are in excellent vintage condition, with no damage and little to no visible wear.
