Denmark Designer John Lauritzen Sterling Large Bow with Dangling Flower Brooch Circa 1950/1960s
A beautifully sculptural sterling silver brooch by Danish silversmith John Lauritzen, dating to approximately the 1950s–1960s. Elegant, dimensional, and distinctly Scandinavian in character, this charming design combines a graceful double bow with a freely suspended floral element below.
The upper portion is formed as a softly arched, three-dimensional bow with crisp ribbon ends and fluid curves, while the dangling flower creates wonderful movement and visual depth. The flower itself is intricately constructed with openwork spiral petals radiating from a polished central dome, giving the piece a delicate lace-like quality despite its substantial sterling construction.
Recently professionally polished, the silver is bright and luminous, allowing the sculptural details and craftsmanship to show beautifully. Any lines or reflections visible in the photographs are simply a result of the highly reflective surface.
For added versatility, an adapter is included so the brooch may also be worn as a pendant, offering two distinct ways to enjoy this elegant Danish modernist design.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
