A spectacular vintage David-Andersen of Norway sterling silver modernist necklace dating to approximately the 1960s, complete with its original sculptural torque neck ring.
The dramatic oversized pendant has a distinctly Scandinavian, almost Viking-inspired architectural quality. Its open geometric composition is formed from a series of graduated circular elements, while six independently articulated sterling drops hang freely below. Each elongated drop is slightly concave, giving the piece additional dimension and allowing it to shimmer and move beautifully when worn.
At an impressive 3.5 inches long and 1.75 inches wide, this is unquestionably a statement piece. The articulated elements give the otherwise strong geometric design an unexpected sense of movement, making it feel more like a miniature kinetic sculpture than conventional jewelry.
Especially desirable is the original David-Andersen V-shaped sterling torque neck ring, which is fully signed and designed to complement the pendant. Finding the pendant together with its original neck ring makes this set considerably more interesting from a collector's standpoint.
Both pieces are in phenomenal vintage condition, showing little to no visible wear with only a light natural patina remaining. They may be professionally polished prior to shipping upon request and at no additional charge, although collectors may prefer to retain the existing patina.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
