Superb Scandinavian modernist sterling silver and amethyst pendant designed by Erling Christoffersen for Norway Plus Designs, dating to circa the 1960s.
This wonderfully sculptural pendant features a substantial three-dimensional sterling silver form with a deep, rounded concave body. Suspended within the open center is a beautifully polished natural amethyst stone, creating a dramatic sense of movement and depth as the stone appears to float within the surrounding silver framework.
The combination of richly colored purple amethyst and highly polished sterling silver gives the piece a distinctly Scandinavian modernist aesthetic — clean, architectural and beautifully understated while still making a strong visual statement.
At approximately 3.25 inches long, this is an impressive statement-sized pendant with excellent dimensional presence when worn. The open sculptural construction allows light to move around the amethyst, emphasizing both the stone's color and the unusual geometry of Christoffersen's design.
The pendant has been recently professionally polished and presents beautifully in excellent, near-new condition. It has been paired with a brand-new 18.5-inch sterling silver chain, ready to wear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
