Stunning example of Raffaeli's glass work. Slightly asymmetrical three dimensional circle shaped hand blown piece made to look like an aquarium with fish. In excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no crazing and no repairs. Surface is clear and bright. Hand signed on bottom.
Elio Raffaeli is an Italian Postwar & Contemporary sculptor who was born in 1936. Elio Raffaeli's works are on the rarer side, having been only offered at auction around a dozen times. Since 2013 the record price for this artist at auction is 5,850 USD for sculpture, sold at Toomey & Co. Auctioneers in 2021.
