Beautiful and ornate sterling cuff by Navajo Silversmith, Jerry Cowboy. Bracelet is in excellent condition with a little light patina but no damage of any kind.
Jerry was taught silversmithing by his parents, Louise and Frank Cowboy. He started learning the art of silversmithing at age ten and has been silversmithing for over forty three years. Jerry’s specialty is how he incorporates modern non-traditional silversmithing techniques into traditional Navajo style of silversmithing. Jerry creates his pieces by sandcasting and then inlaying stones into jewelry. Most of his pieces are one of kind. His clans are the “Edge Water People” and “Sleep Rock People”.
