Fantastic sterling silver pendant necklace from one of the iconic jewelry designers of the 20th century. Features a large flower pendant with raised and intricate detailing from a sandcasting method. The reverse features a back plate to give it a smooth finish and was a patented design by Coro. It has been professionally polished and is in excellent condition. I have paired it with an ornated vintage sterling silver chain.
Norseland was Coro's high end sterling silver line of jewelry and was inspired by Danish designers such as Georg Jensen during the early 20th Century. Coro stopped manufacturing this line shortly after WW2 ended in 1945.
