Earrings are in excellent condition - Enamel is clean, clear and bright with no chips or damage - Back of earrings have minor wear comparable to age. Earrings have been converted to pierced back style by a jeweler with professional jeweler's glue and gold over sterling silver posts.
The Ivar T Holth silversmithy was first registered in Oslo, Norway in 1943. They produced an extensive amount of jewellery often using guilloche enamel . Much of the jewellery was exported overseas. The company was managed by Per Holth, Ivar's son after his death, from the late seventies until 2007.
