Beautifully crafted Rune Tennesmed of Sweden pendant. Pendant features an oval body with a raised flower design and an oxidized/blacked background for great depth and dimension. I have paired it with a 925 sterling silver chain. Overall pendant is in excellent condition with only minor wear and light patina.

Mannequin is a life-size torso representation

Rune Tennesmed was a 20th century Swedish design who worked primarily in pewter. In fact the name Tennesmed translates to pewtersmith. His birth name of Rune Carlsson was changed to reflect his profession and became the name of his company. Rune Carlsson passed away in 2011 but Rune Tennesmed, the company, is still producing jewelry and giftware and is run by the third generation.
