It features a large bezel set heart shaped Lapis Lazuli stone and is surrounded by sterling silver raised decorative accents and 11 bezel set round, dome shaped rose quartz cabochons. It has been professionally polished and looks fantastic. All stones are secure and fully intact. Overall this stunning piece of wearable art is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind.
