Fantastic, huge and hefty vintage sterling silver brooch. This has to be the largest and most spectacular butterfly pins I have ever seen! It features 2 large inset black Onyx cabochons for the upper part of the wings and each of the lower wings has raised, bezel set amethyst gemstones and there are 2 more Amethyst gemstones on each tip of the top wings. The entire piece is adorned with brilliant cut Marcasite gemstones, giving it that extra sparkle. Positively gorgeous!
