Rare and fantastic vintage 4 bottle champagne cooler. Thick and very heavy construction and features an ornately detailed carved out grapes and vine pattern band between the pedestal foot and bowl. grape and vines embellishments.  Etched with beautiful Perrier-Jouet logo and flowers on both sides and features 2 sturdy handles.  Minor surfaces scratches but no dings, dents or repairs. With a proper polishing could look brand new. In excellent vintage condition! The maker is Vin & Passion of France and think this might be a one of a kind or extremely limited edition.
