Exceptional craftsmanship in this solid sterling silver hefty bracelet. Featuring a fixed bar and chain design with a belt buckle design clasp that has a box clasp safety closure. Bracelet has been recently professionally polish and looks almost new! There is no damage of any kind and clasp works perfectly.

Orlando Paladino Orlandini (2 January 1905 – 6 March 1986)  Was an Italian sculptor and medalist  He started making animal sculptures in Maremma before moving to Carrara in 1924 to learn how to work with marble. Orlandini then studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Carrara moving to Roma to the Academy of Fine Arts from 1928-31. He also attended the school for medalists. In the early 1930s Orlandini received his first art awards and began teaching. He taught at the Museum of Industrial Art in Roma in the role of the deputy director, founding the artistic section of gold in 1949. Later, he was appointed director of the Art Institute in Marino and in Velletri. From 1964-73 he was a member of the Executive Council of the Medal Art School. Orlandini created sculptures and was involved in the production of coins and medals. Orlandini participated in the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany with the sculpture Pattinatrice. A medal with the same theme was created in 1938.
